This page outlines how this website, tofunemu.com, collects and uses your information. 

By using this website or making a purchase, you are using this "Service" and agree to these terms. Tofunemu.com uses Shopify which collects cookies (web-browsing data) and other personal information that you provide during transactions or through account registration. If you do not agree with these terms, you can opt out by not continuing to use our site.

If you decide to continue to use our site, please read these terms carefully:

Privacy Policy

  • We only use your information to process and fulfill your order. We also use the information to contact you to inform you of any updates with your order. We will never sell your information. At the bottom of our site, you can find the payment processors provided by Shopify and/or other third-party payment processors.
  • Signing up/registering an account on our website functions as a faster method for processing and fulfilling your order. Registered accounts provide information on order history for your own reference. Your information stored in the registered account will not be sold or used in any way. 

  • Your privacy and safety matters to us. With SSL encryption embedded into our site, we do our best to protect your information from fraudulent activity and other risks. Shopify explains how they protect your information on their own Privacy Policy page.

  • If you opt-in to receive newsletters of our marketing campaigns, you are also given the option to unsubscribe at any time. We will cease to contact if you unsubscribe.

Shipping Policy

  • We process orders from Monday through Friday. We do not operate on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays. Please allow for 3-5 business days, after your payment has been processed, for your product to be packaged and sent out to the post office. Delivery times may vary if mailing disruptions are present. Delivery could be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or current events. We provide a link to how our mailing carrier is affected on our Mailing Updates page. 
  • Our mailing carrier is USPS. We provide all of our shipping options on our Shipping Policy. 

  • We always do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. All orders receive a tracking number so you can follow along where it is in transit. However, there are times where mail services are disrupted. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseeable events (i.e. weather, holidays, change in shipping availability, etc.) We do our best to resolve issues within our control.
  • Once we ship your order out, shipping will then fall within the responsibility of our mailing carriers. If your package is lost during transit ("delivered" but not found), we unfortunately cannot refund or replace orders that were lost by the mailing carrier. But, we can provide assistance once you have checked with your neighbors and post office and filed a help request form with the mailing carrier.
  • International orders may be charged with a Customs/Duties Fee. This fee is beyond our control and is imposed by the mailing regulations. We do not cover this fee. Please do not make the purchase if you are not willing to cover this fee.   • If an international order is lost, the same rules of lost US orders apply to this as well. We have no control over customs and their regulations on how packages go out of the country. We also have no jurisdiction outside of the US. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges for both US and International orders can only be processed within 14 days of delivery. Any return or exchange attempt past the 14 days will not be accepted for any reason. 
  • For any international returns or exchanges, we do warn that we do not cover any fees that may occur. 
  • You must email tofunemu@gmail.com or use the contact form in order for a return/refund or exchange to be initiated. We only accept returns or exchanges if we receive our product(s) in excellent condition. Excellent condition entails that our product was not used, free from damage, and unpeeled.
  • For exchanges:. We will send out the desired product as soon as we finish inspection and package the product. Please let us know beforehand of which items you wanted to swap.
  • If we had not dropped off your package at the post office, we can easily make the switch as long as we are informed. Exchanges can only be done with items of equal or lesser value. 
  • For returns: Once we have verified and approved the return, we can then proceed with issuing a refund.
  • It is important to note that it may take up to 5-10 business days to receive your refund. Please be patient and check your emails frequently to see when you have been reimbursed. You can find this elaborated in Shopify's FAQ.
  • Damages: We understand that packages may be damages may happen during shipment/transit. Please message us immediately through Contact Form or at tofunemu@gmail.com. We ask that you include photos of everything you had received and its damages when informing us of your name and order number #. We will then undergo the process for a return or exchange.

  • All artwork found on tofunemu.com is made by the artist, Mandy. We do not grant anyone permission to use, reproduce, and sell our designs for their own. We ask that you inform us immediately if there is a listing that is not ours and/or if you believe that our work has been copied/reproduced. Please include any links and photos when informing us. We also ask that you report the fraud account as well.

Disclaimers of Warranties

  • We do our best to thoroughly describe our terms and revise tofunemu.com if needed. Our expressed terms and revisions do not guarantee that the site or the payment apps integrated in the site are clean from error. Any misuse on our site is not our liability. We highlight that you are using our website at your own risk. All services used are "AS IS" and do not make specific promises/commitments.
