Shipping policy

We process orders from Monday through Friday. We do not operate on Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays. Please allow for 3-5 business days, after your payment has been processed, for your product to be packaged and sent out to the post office. Delivery times may vary if mailing disruptions are present. Delivery could be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or current events. We provide a link to how our mailing carrier is affected on our Mailing Updates page.

Our mailing carrier is USPS. We provide all of our shipping options on our Shipping Policy.
We always do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. All orders receive a tracking number so you can follow along where it is in transit. However, there are times where mail services are disrupted. Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseeable events (i.e. weather, holidays, change in shipping availability, etc.) We do our best to resolve issues within our control.

Once we ship your order out, shipping will then fall within the responsibility of our mailing carriers. If your package is lost during transit ("delivered" but not found), we unfortunately cannot refund or replace orders that were lost by the mailing carrier. But, we can provide assistance once you have checked with your neighbors and post office and filed a help request form with the mailing carrier.

International orders may be charged with a Customs/Duties Fee. This fee is beyond our control and is imposed by the mailing regulations. We do not cover this fee. If an international order is lost, the same rules of lost US orders apply to this as well. We have no control over customs and their regulations on how packages go out of the country. We also have no jurisdiction outside of the US.
